Contract Catering
Our catering team has since 2015 provided contract catering services to corporate organisations and other clients. We have a pool of qualified chefs and cooks overseeing the daily activities of our staff.
The standards of our staff have been raised to international standards through our ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System certification, which incorporates HACCP, a key requirement for personnel in the catering industry.

On a day-to-day basis we cater to corporate clients such as MODEC Production Services Ghana JV Limited, as well as providing healthy meals to both expatriates and Ghanaians seeking our services.
QHSE
Health & Safety Measures
As part of our commitment to quality and food safety, our contract catering arm adheres to ISO standards.
Our primary goal is to operate a cost-effective system without compromising food quality and safety. All food handlers are provided with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to enable them to work safely. The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) team provides continuous in-house training on food hygiene practices, evaluates staff and ensures that QHSE practices are an everyday part of our operations.
